We fit masks in person and adjust them around how you actually sleep, whether that's on your side, on your back, or with your mouth open half the night.
If the fit is still wrong after the first few nights, you have 30 days to exchange the mask at no extra cost.

Nasal pillows
Two small cushions that seal at the nostrils. The lightest option, and the least in your field of vision.
Nasal masks
A single cushion over the nose. The most common choice, and a middle ground on comfort and stability.
Full-face masks
Covers the nose and mouth. Often the right call if you breathe through your mouth at night or get congested.

My dad got discharged from the hospital unexpectedly this week for sleep apnea and I called this location and they immediately helped me figure out everything I need... They made a very scary situation more calming and practical. 100% recommended.

What CPAP Items Are Typically Covered, And What Are Not?
Most insurance plans and Ontario's ADP program cover your CPAP machine, heated humidifier, and mask setup. Premium cleaning supplies, travel batteries, and comfort accessories are usually out of pocket. We check your coverage before you buy anything.
How Does The Reimbursement Process Work?
We bill your insurance provider directly, so you pay only your co-pay upfront. If direct billing isn't available for your plan, we'll give you everything you need to submit the claim yourself.

What If My Mask Doesn't Fit Right After The First Use?
You have 30 days to exchange it. If it's leaking, leaving marks, or just uncomfortable, call us and we'll find one that actually fits, at no extra cost.
How Does Automatic Delivery Work? Can I Cancel Or Pause It?
We ship fresh masks, cushions, and filters on your insurance-approved schedule, usually a six-month supply at a time. Call us anytime to pause, cancel, or adjust it.
Is Support Included In My Purchase?
Yes. Lifetime compliance support comes with every machine, including free sleep-data downloads for your doctor and help from our therapists with settings or comfort issues.
