PERSONAL SUPPORT

We take our time to get you set up right

Your setup covers your prescribed pressure, the mask options, how the humidifier works and how to clean everything, and it usually runs an hour or two. Most retailers move on once the machine is out the door. We answer your questions during setup and whenever they come up after.

Bring us how you sleep, what you're wearing now and where it leaks or presses. We'll try styles and sizes on you at the clinic or during your at-home setup, and you have 30 days to exchange the mask if it still isn't right.

Which of the 3 main types of CPAP mask fits you best?

Nasal pillows

Nasal pillows

Two small cushions that seal at the nostrils. The lightest option, and the least in your field of vision.

Nasal masks

Nasal masks

A single cushion over the nose. The most common choice, and a middle ground on comfort and stability.

Full-face masks

Full-face masks

Covers the nose and mouth. Often the right call if you breathe through your mouth at night or get congested.

Shannon is such a good listener and advisor for my first CPAP machine. I got 3 quotes across the region and all were backlogged — Shannon saw me the next day.

Absolutely thrilled to finally have my CPAP device! The staff are very thorough and knowledgeable — some are CPAP users themselves. They make sure you're set up for success from Night 1.

Frequently asked questions

How Do I Get A CPAP Machine In {Province}?

Getting a CPAP machine in {province} starts with your prescription. Send it to us or have your sleep clinic forward it, then book an appointment at one of our clinics or arrange an at-home setup. We'll fit the mask, set your pressure and sort out your coverage in the same visit.

Do I Need To Change My Humidifier Settings Through The Year?

Most {province} patients adjust twice a year, up for dry winter heating and back down for humid summers. A cold January bedroom can also leave water in the tubing, which heated tubing prevents. Bring the machine into the Niagara Falls or Stoney Creek clinic any time, or call and we'll check the settings over the phone.

How Does ADP Coverage Work?

The Assistive Devices Program pays 75% of the cost of a CPAP machine for eligible Ontario residents. We're an ADP-approved provider, so we confirm your eligibility, complete the paperwork and apply the funding at the time of purchase rather than making you claim it back.

Do You Charge Setup Or Admin Fees?

No. The price of the machine is the price you pay, with no mandatory setup or admin charges. Some retailers add these when you arrive to collect your machine, so it's worth asking before you buy anywhere.

What Happens When I Need Supplies Or Help Later?

Ongoing supplies and support are a phone call away. We keep your mask and machine on file, so reordering cushions, filters or tubing takes one call, and we can set them to arrive on a schedule. Lifetime compliance support comes with every machine, including sleep-data downloads for your doctor.
