Absolutely! Our clinician’s are available to guide you through the setup process, ensuring you start your therapy with confidence. There are many products such as dental or oral appliances (mouth guards), anti-snoring devices, or "nerve stimulation" procedures marketed as alternatives to CPAP. All the dental or oral appliances do is restrict your airway to stop you from snoring but they do not magically stop your airway from closing off, they simply make you think they are working because the stop you from snoring only.  The "nerve Stimulation" devices trigger every time you snore, waking you up many times throughout the night. This prevents you from getting your necessary deep or REM sleep resulting in you getting inadaquate sleep.

There are some products marketed as alternatives, however none of them are as effective as the benefits of CPAP Therapy.
