Your CPAP machine, heated humidifier, and mask setup may be covered by insurance or funding programs, depending on your plan and eligibility. Premium cleaning supplies, travel batteries, and comfort accessories are usually out of pocket. We check your coverage before you buy anything.
Where your plan allows direct billing, we bill your insurance provider directly, so you pay only your co-pay upfront. If direct billing isn't available for your plan, we'll give you everything you need to submit the claim yourself.

You have 30 days to exchange it. If it's leaking, leaving marks, or just uncomfortable, call us and we'll find one that actually fits, at no extra cost.
We ship fresh masks, cushions, and filters on your insurance-approved schedule, usually a six-month supply at a time. Call us anytime to pause, cancel, or adjust it.
